By the way, I have a few friends and acquaintances who are builders, carpenters and roofers and they're flat out with work. There's been an immense upsurge in people making improvements to their homes as they are unable to sell, meaning lots of work for these people! So I don't think it's anything to do with a downturn. Perhaps Nige needs to consider his business plan.......
Oh, and he's just applied for AFRA membership; so I think perhaps he still has his priorities in the wrong place.
